Administrative Secretary III (casual)
Beebe Physicians Network. Casual position, working 2-3 days a week. Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm.
HS grad., min. two years clerical exp., with strong computer skills. Experience in a hopsital setting is preferred. Computer skills required with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Secretarial course preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Biller II
This is a full-time position. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am- 430pm. HS grad. or equiv. Must have good command and use of keyboard functions to use a CRT. Typing and computational skills are required. Must be familiar with medical terminology, ICD9 and CPT coding. At least one year experience in Business Office practices with emphasis in billing duties. Performs the billing functions for in/out patient insurance and self-pay billings
Cardiopulmonary Tech (part-time)
Variable Shifts. HS grad or equivalent. Completion of a course in basic Electrocardiography and arrhythmia detection. Courses in basic computer operation desired. Certification in BCLS required. Certification in ECG preferred. Certification of hospital based Cardiopulmonary Technician Program.To perform or assist with Cardiopulmonary Diagnostic procedures. To perform Oxygen rounds, oxygen cylinder transports, gauge changes, pulse oximetry spot checks with the direction of a Respiratory Therapist or Technician, maintain respiratory stock on floors, assemble and disassemble equipment for sterilization or disinfection.
Clinical Systems Analyst
This is a full-time, salaried position. Huors are Mon-Fri 8am-430pm or 830am-5pm. HS grad or equivalent. Two or more years hospital experience preferred or other experience in health care. Experience with Siemens Invision or other Revenue Cycle Applications preferred for PAPA Workgroup or McKesson Horizon software or other clinical software experience preferred for Clinical Workgroup. This position assumes implementation and on-going responsibilities for all software applications. Applies structured analysis and design techniques to operational requirements of each application. Analyzes software application, system performance and user department's workflow. Ensures functional requirements of the hospital are met via the computer software.
CWOCN
RN, State of DE. Must be certified and have a least one year of experience in the role of a CWOCN.
Director, Planning & Marketing
Full-time salaried position. BS required, Master preferred. Minimum of five years progressive management experience. Serves as the Director of Planning and Marketing in the areas of public relations, marketing, internal and external communications. Must have a proven record of marketing success, leadership and strategic planning. Excellent public relations skills, results-oriented and ability to manage a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Membership in professional organizations is encouraged.
Director, Rehab Services
Full-time position. Monday - Friday, with weekend rotation.
MS in a rehabilitation related health care service, with a min. of five years progressive management experience in the area of patient care. DE licensure in either physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy. Proven leadership abilities, including ability to work under stressful situations, and good oral and written communication skills. Solid management experience and commitment to quality patient care. Membership in professional organizations is encouraged
HVAC Mechanic
This is a full-time position with variable shifts. HS grad or equivalent. Valid drivers license with less than 3 moving violations. Ability to drive hospital vehicle. Demonstrable competency in HVAC. Familiarity with codes and regulations. Ability to drive hospital vehicle. Minimum of one to three years experience in HVAC/ heating/cooling Competency with use of hand tools, power tools, safety procedures required.
LPN/RN Physician Office Nurse
Casual at the Weekend Walkin Health Center. L.PN./RN, graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed as L.P.N. or R.N. in the State of Delaware. Min. one year L.PN./RN exp., preferably in a Doctors Office. Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, documentation, implementation with Family Health Center.
Mechanic II
This is a full-time position. Hours are mostly nights but varies. Graduate of a vocational or trade school. Degree from a technical school desirable. Licensed in one or more trades or disciplines. Familiarity with codes and regulations. Valid dirvers license with less than 3 moving violations. Ability to drive hospital vehicle. Three to five years experience in building maintenance.
